  • Earn 1 point per day you exercise at least 30 minutes

  • Maximum = 30 points

March has 31 days, so you get one free pass.

Youโ€™re still in for the perfect score.

You can start and join in for a chance to win the prizes anytime in March. You donโ€™t need to be โ€œfit already.โ€
You just need to begin.

๐ŸŽฏ And one more Bonus Tip:

How many points you actually score during the challenge does not affect your chances of winning prizes.

What does influence your chance of winning prizes, is on how many platforms or how many times you’ll let us know you’re joining the challenge. When you join, your name will be put up in the randomizer which we’ll use to pick the winners.

๐Ÿ” One Important Rule (To Keep You Healthy)

To earn points, you canโ€™t do the exact same type of training more than two days in a row.

Why? Because research shows doing the same type of exercise over and over increases the risk of overuse injuries.

Variation is what builds a more complete athlete.

So after two days of playing tennis, on Day 3 you’ll have to pick another theme or sport to work on, for instance:

  • Go for a run
  • Hit the gym
  • Do an at home workout
  • Do another sport

It all counts.

Make sure to always warm up properly.
And if you try something new, build up the intensity gradually.


๐Ÿค Youโ€™re Not Doing This Alone

Accountability makes it easier, more fun, and more effective.

Pro tip: together, think of ways to motivate each other. This could e.g. mean that the entire team goes out for dinner if you all reach a certain level, or the loser buys a coffee.
